	MA shows: Assemblage november 2009	march 2008  |  september 2008  |   november 2009  |   october 2010
	This year we launched a new project, Assemblage, to showcase not only the MA Fine Art work, but also the MA work across the Faculty of Arts through an exhibition and event from Nov 2nd to Nov 5th. The premise for this project was to draw together diverse art and design practices from: Fine Art; Contemporary Film Practice; Digital Arts and Technology; Communication Design; Creative Writing; Architecture; and 3D Design, through an exhibition, event and catalogue. Students produced individual texts/images and even objects (e.g. cdroms) that related to the ideas and approaches represented in the exhibition/event through installations, screenings and design work. Visitors were invited to select their own catalogue in the form of these individual texts/images within a printed envelope acting as an ‘assembling container’.
